Tim Buckley: I look again at 2008‒2009, and I try to remember individuals panicking—investors I highly regarded. Some of them have been having out on March nine, 2009. They couldn’t manage it anymore, and which is just when the marketplaces took off. No a person had predicted that. You generally have to try to remember the marketplaces are ahead-seeking, and you really don’t know when they’re likely to acquire off—just like you really don’t know when they’re likely to tumble. So it’s most effective to be invested than to consider to time it, simply because it’s shut to difficult.
