Previous Primary Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday expressed worries around the Centre’s determination to slice again the hike in dearness allowance and dearness aid for all federal government staff and pensioners. He said that it was not needed at this stage to impose hardships on federal government servants and armed forces personnel.
